Our Simple Exchange Policy
If you change your mind about a purchase, you can exchange the unopened product within 14 days for a store credit of the purchase price less shipping fees.
Please send an email to info@IvoryCaps.co.uk to authorize return of your items.
Make sure you indicate what you are returning, the item that you are exchanging your return for, and its current price on our web site.
For non-defective merchandise or exchanges for different items, an additional shipping charge may be applied .

Our Simple 30 Day Return Policy , applies only to un-used items ,
Defective products can be returned for a refund of the full purchase price (including shipping).
Should you need to return any unopened product within 30 days from the date of shipment, you will receive a refund of the purchase price less shipping costs of any un-used item only.
